How to Join BANA

New Members

Please follow these three steps to file your application for membership:

1. Determine if you qualify for Professional or Associate Membership
   

2. Calculate your BANA membership fees
   

3. Complete your New Member Application (PDF File) or as a Word Document
   

4. Decide how you want to pay for your new membership. You may apply by the following options:
   
   Apply by Mail: You may pay using the IPX Services secure and confidential credit card gateway and mail your application or send your check or money order and application to:

Apply by Fax: You may fax your application to 888-642-9992 and include your credit card payment information in your application, pay on line or mail your payment to BANA.

Apply by Email: You may email your application to info@ BANA.com (no spaces). Caution: Do not include your credit card payment information in an email. You may pay on line or mail your payment to BANA.

Renewing Members

1. Calculate your BANA membership fees
   

2. Complete your Renewal Application as an Adobe PDF File or as a Word Document
   

3. Decide how you want to pay for your renewal membership. You may follow the options listed above for sending your application and payment.
   

Please Note: Effective July 1, 2009, members who fail to renew before their membership lapses will be subject to a $25 late renewal fee. Please renew promptly to avoid this!
